Thanks. Great solution to a problem that's been bugging me for a while. I used the plastic piece instead of a washer. I'm pretty sure you get a tighter fit that way. Also, I left the wires as is so the sheet metal screw can bite into them.
Would have been nice to see that actual install as well...
