"Gadget Repair Solutions" bad repair service!!

my iinsurnce company " my essentials "used "Gadget Repair Solutions" to repair my smashed/crack screen nokia phone.. and this is how they they have done a terible job in reparing and sent my nokia lumia back..
they changed the FRONT screen and did NOT bother to check the LCD screen .. It is showing the defects occurred when the screen cracked. Anyone can see LCD damaged marking that is showing... Very Bad service

There are 2 faults in the setup box 1- The remote. When the UP arrow button is pressed on the remote it options keeps on going up. It becomes annoying when scolling my 2000 pictures on the SD Card.
