What does it mean to live your best life?
Everyone has a different perspective on this, but to me, it’s this:
Living your best life means that when you’ve grown old and are laying on your deathbed, when you look back on the life that you’ve lived, did you live a fulfilling life?
Would you be satisfied with the life that you lived?
Was it meaningful to you?
Was it purposeful to you?
Could you rest in peace?
If the answer is a resounding yes, then that’s a life well-lived - that’s living your best life.
And this can look different to different people, since what brings us a sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfilment is different for everybody.
