Zoomed into the Moon this afternoon and played back the video clip and noticed a fast moving object in the video clip, anyone got any ideas ? Location- Nottingham (Notts Derbyshire Border) Looking towards Derby

Here is a short clip from a cctv cam showing a flash of light which lit up the sky followed by a short power cut which lasted about a minute,Sorry about the picture quality as it was filmed directly off the tv screen via the video. Anyone got any ideas of what it could be?
