Please i am looking for the way and calculations to make a curved belt .

I need to get on top of my elevated best connects at our sort areas to replace bands easier. The customer has also added gap fillers in between the rollers making it much harder to change bands from below. Is there any documentation in which it would be allowed for maintenance to get on top of the rollers on a locked out conveyor to replace worn bands?

Would it be possible to innovate this for ski resorts?? Just curious

Where did my comment go? We are going thru motors like crazy. WHY? And we sometimes have a shock issue 75volts to frame measured? How can this happen? Motors running slow. Brushes are not easy to get too.

Hi i work on your Best Flex conveyors. We seem to be going thru motors like water? Can you tell me what's going on? Also we periodically seem to be having a shock issue reading 75 volts on frame to ground??? How is this possible??? We replace the plug and it seems to go away. BUT HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Why isnt there a protection against this?

Hi, i have 2 FMH BestFlex , once I connect them ,they work separately , don't link the communication , when the conveyors are completely full both conveyors stop , when the first conveyor stars to run the second conveyor doesn't run , the box must to pushed by hand , and so all the time, a person must be moving the boxes to the first conveyor. The Yellow communication cable is connected. I appreciate your support.

Let me Save your back and the states any future workmans comp suits from lifting, twisting, squatting, bending repetitively for hours on end week after week. After witnessing a Diesel truck delivering tires out of a 18 wheeler and the hundreds of tires to be unloaded by one young man it was clear to me that I could design what I call a portable tire unloader. The tire grabber will grab each tire unload the entire truck and after it unloads the truck it will then lift the tires up to the second floor of the tire bay based on tire size. Seeing this video only reassures me that the portable tire grabber is needed. This guy is going to blow his back out sooner or later, require surgery and file a workmans comp suit. Let's avoid it by designing the portable tire grabber. So how the tire grabber is designed will be similar to that of a hoist that lifts out the engine of a car. The tire grabber that I design will be one steel beam horizontally, another vertically attached like a arm and a mechanical device in between the two that allows the two beams to swivel and pivet. Just like the motion of a baseball bat. The tire grabber will have a claw hand on the end of it to grab each tire and a feature that will allow the device to become a extender lift allowing the tires to be lifted to that second floor in the tire bay based on size in that tire stall. We have completely eliminated the work of two to three men, cut the time frame into a quarter of the time and this feature since it consists only of two beams will be foldable, on wheels and be able to be put away taking up only minimal amount of space in the shop. The one thing we need to know is who to market this item to. That would be who ever it is unloading that truck. Would that be the truck company or the tire company? Anyways the tire industry is huge and a daily task with the hundreds of tires delivered world wide. I actually designed a similar item recently for the dump industry that would sift thru and separate the metal from the plastic and cardboard. this is another great feature to design and market considering our dumps are covered in snow on the Eastern half of the United States for 6 months of the year. Now consider taking that sifter arm to other countries like Iceland, Norway, Russia, places that are frigid to work .This would allow the men that would normally work out in the frigid weather to now work inside the building allowing the portable mechanics arm to do the job for them in a fraction of the time. Considering some of our states are so cold and buried in snow the great aspect of this design is it allows production on that industry to continue without interruption or a change in pace due to weather. Now consider the fact that there is a dump in almost every city that is worked every single day. If we can market my mechanics sifter arm to this industry it's another worldwide product in a daily business. How great is that? I also liked the idea of designing a claw ( same design concept as we see that lifts the stuffed toys out of the machine) built on a steel beam track line for the dump industry as well. After witnessing these guys work for hours on end moving piles of trash and debri from one place to another I knew I could design them a trackline with a claw that would do all that work in a fraction of the time it's taking the workers. Now the trackline is easy to build. Basically the design will be built around the piles of debri by using steel beams and then we create a track line at the top of those beams going vertically that will connect to each beam allowing the claw to glide grabbing and moving these huge massive piles that takes the workers literally hours to do. I also designed the same concept for my tire trucks to be second design feature to unload that truck. The trackline tire claw feature built on the roof of the cabs of the truck would lift and glide the tires right out of the cab of the truck as well. So for the tire grabber we have two designs. One portable and one built right into the cab of the delivery trucks. We could even design this trackline to be a removable steel frame "corral" feature in the event they use the truck for other deliveries. I get so stoked doing these designs and inventions I can't wait to help people do their jobs more efficiently and protect the worker from all that weight and burden on their bodies. Sometimes I just wonder how come it hasn't already been done? Let's do this America! Let's build a larger workforce and make some money creating all those jobs thru the production of these items. Making sure as to not outsource the work will keep the production work in our own country thriving and or build some of these factories over in Mexico to stimulate their work force and economy. Not only is the entreprenuer making a profit but everybody wins because now we have created a HUGE work industry and employed hundreds to thousand so people. Does it get any better? It actually does get better, because before we run to that bank lets think of one more great way to give back. I call it the quarter program and the way it works is like this. There are 323 million people in the US - If everybody gave one quarter in one day we could collect 80 million dollars in that one day. Now, take the prisoners we have incarcerated, send a huge amount of work teams to Mexico, take that 80 million dollars and use that for the material to build such factories. Now have them build all the items for my 20 Self Start business and we have just restimulated their economy forever. We pay no money for labor thru the building of these factories because we are using our prison system as a work furlo. So that 80 million that is generated in one day is used to build nothing but factory after factory, through out their region. Of course it would be useless unless we took the people who were actually in the streets begging in poverty to be first as employees and ended the suffering and delima that has plagued that country for decades. Regardless of what those factories are manufacturing, they can become a part of world trade and market their products to the retail industry by using that 80 million to generate a work force will ensure that their economy is restimulated and turns around. All of these ideas and inventions are money, work, and the promise of a better tomorrow for everyone involved.
