Laurie, I Love your hair. I don't think your ears are big at all. You look much younger in shorter hair. (not saying you look old) lol You need to try the Ryze Mushroom coffee. In 30 days I was sleeping better, digesting my food better, my blood pressure was better and I lost 7 lbs. I thought the mushroom coffee ad / videos were just hog wash but it helped me. I'm waiting for my second order to hurry up and get here!!! lol It might help u as well. Everybody is different but I'm sure impressed. tfs girly

Hi Laurie you are the only one that thinks your ears are too big .Love your short hair doo .I can’t understand why restaurants have to make everything so salty I don’t eat out anymore because of the salt.Even canned soup has 850 mg. Of salt per cup it’s just ridiculous.I noticed you had a lot of Kraft dinner in your pantry be careful it’s full of salt . I hope you feel better soon .Hugs from Canada 🇨🇦

Hi Laurie! Glad you had a good trip! The blood pressure issues can drive you bonkers. I know because I have really high blood pressure that is always out of wack and constantly changing blood pressure meds. I hope upping your meds helps yours. Love the new Kipling. Very pretty! I’m sure the salty food and stress from travel had a lot to do with your higher BP. The new dose and rest will help get you back to normal. Take care.

Hi Laurie! I am the same age as you and I have tried to grow my hair a couple of times too but it does not grow out well so I have it short and that is the way it will stay. But I really do like your hair short it really makes you look younger 😊 hope your bp gets better.

Hi Laurie, I am near your age, born Nov. 1960, and I took 10 mg Lisinopril for ten years with no problems. It is the only medication that I take. Suddenly last fall (after I retired) my pressure started creeping up and it scared me. I tried 20-30mg on and off (under my doctors care) until I got my blood pressure stabilized. I have been on 25 mg lisinopril since then and I am doing fine for nearly a year now. I only drink decaf coffee now. For me I guess that it was lack of exercise, bad eating, and having gained weight over the past ten years since I first started taking lisinopril. Drinking lots of water and walking helps me too, besides eating low sodium. Listening to you talk about your experience brought it all back for me. I hope that everything stabilizes soon for you. It took a couple of weeks of taking the higher dose for my blood pressure to stay down so please don't worry if it takes a week or two. Sending you well wishes.

I'm glad to hear that your visit was good with Pam. I'm sorry to hear about your BP. I was on a high dose of one, but my BP was still extremely high earlier this year, so my PC changed the medication, and now it's so much lower. In fact, I always joke if i'm still alive. 😂 TYSMFS
