Rosemary mashed potatoes with butter dill Salmon is a favorite of mine. I do tend to slice away the skin. Make crunchy skin California rolls next day with that. With price of beef being rediculous fish is looking more affordable right now. Still not cheap but treat yourself. Especially lobster...the market has taken a huge dip. Stores are trying to sell it on past reputations but you should only buy at half the price by weight you were 2 years ago. Tiny tail that was once between $15-$20 should be between $5-$8 now. Pays to watch the market. I don't need anything but good food, clean sheets on a soft bed, and a roof that doesn't leak to be happy. And I take food seriously to the point I do a bit of farming-ranching and have a big garden. But still have to buy some stuff and watch and adjust to market values.
