You know it's bad when you're NPC hunting and you hear boss music. Story name: Sludge. This feels like traveling through sludge. My clan had fallen, windclan in shreds. These..loners..rouges? Rouges...they guided us to this, and now they're offering the answer? Do I want to know? I simply stick my paw forward, and demand a verbal answer, to know avail. They seem to ignore it. These were the same cats that had led others off to the barn, or the thunderpath, or anywhere really, for them to never come back. I look around at the wasted clans before me, my pride in starclan feels damaged. They continue to insist that I follow them, to which I finally give into. There is nothing left more me at windclan. I follow them to the barn, should of been expected, but then suddenly, they ask a favor of me. They want me to chant, facing the door of the barn. I'm hesitant. I do so anyway, There's creaking inside the barn. I wish to get up and look but they shake their heads, I then hear crying. I see the lights from a crack in the door, they're red, flickering, before some kind of black.... sludge falls on my head, I look up, seeing a deformed cat, it's neck long and broken, twisted as blood dripped from all the snapped parts, I go to run ahead of me, and see another, this one's neck hanging low. They made horrible cries and crackling noises. I look around for the rouges but they're gone. I turn to my side, only for my hind paws to to feel... gone... and I see my mother... "KelpStar..." They murmur, my eyes widen, wanting to embrace them, yet I feel stuck... I feel lighter, yet so heavy. I try my hardest to get to her, and with closing my eyes for a second, I feel her embrace, yet also notice her sorrow and weeps. It is the that I look down, and see my lifeless corpse, being mashed into nothing but sludge. -I am practicing writing stories, i try to keep them short. If you guys have any suggestions I'd love to hear them. :3
