Orange County Housing Report | Buyer-Friendly Shift
Year over year, the active listing inventory is higher, demand is about the same, and it is taking a lot longer to sell a home, which translates to a market lining up more and more in favor of buyers.
What we're seeing:
→ Active inventory has gone up
→ Demand has gone down, rather than being flat at this time
→ There is hesitation because of the election year
→ Spring market we're going 70 mph, summer slows to 30 mph
→ We're seeing 5 to 7% price reductions
→ Days on market has increased
→ 43% of active inventory in SC has gone down
What we can expect:
→ First, second week of August we'll hit a plateau then tail off

Thank you for a beautiful beach property with an elegant beach backyard. Is there only space for two cars in front of the patio designed wall there? So, it is only a two car space that I would have to park side by side facing the front of the cars looking at the patio gray design wall? And looking in the back beach yard area I only see the left side with an extended wall but what happed to the right of the property. The wall is shorter and not extended? Am I able to extend my second wall there? Overall, this property looks very nice inside. Thank you for this viewing.
