Your brainstorming and changing out stickers, to find the one that really says what you are trying to say to yourself, brilliant and inspiring!! The “checklist on how to accomplish your goals with a reflection” on the monthly layout is “brilliant”!! It’s how you are breaking it down that does it for me!! Watching this monthly layout video and your processing of it all, is extremely helpful because this is where I personally get hung up, so this video is so informative and like a blueprint 😅for me!! I LOVE 💕 THIS Spread. Please 🙏🏾 😢, do videos on how you reflect and accomplish your goals using this section of your planner. And where or in what planner do you execute those goal accomplishments. The meal planning page here is GREAT 👍🏾 😅!!! Yes 🙌🏾 because I meal prep and batch cook 🧑🏾‍🍳 because I don’t like cooking every day. I was a nurse for 25 years and worked shifts, long 12 - 16 hrs days, so sometimes I was so exhausted and could cook that day and left the house at around 7 am, so I cooked on my days off, only 3 - 4 times a week, so yeah 👍🏾, so I still follow that schedule. I use those big snapware glass containers and eat leftovers and freeze 🥶 extras that I make and defrost when we run low on a dish. I usually make a fish, meat and sides, in big batches. But you’re doing really good 😊 👍🏾 with writing ✍🏾 all those different meals, it’s being ahead of the game. So happy and proud 🥹 of you, you’re doing, Arlene
