Mind bogglingly brilliant…magical playing.
Nice pipes . It sounds like a tiny bit of that Highland pipes crisp tone when the drones are not playing . Gives a broad sound when everything comes in as the set progresses .
That is a fine 'set' for sure . I might have to adopt it it and will surely give credit to these fine players .
What does "clutterfuck" mean in Irish??? ruclips.net/video/dMTBRMMf6JY/видео.html
Good recording, very clear notation and a lovely tempo.
Micheal o Raghallaigh the greatest concertina player by a long mile, I remember maybe 35 years ago me been a Meath man and the family playing a resident gig at a pub called the warrestown arms on the way to trim, they were one seriously talented family, hope to meet again Micheal soon,,, I’ll gladly back u on guitar and a few tunes on banjo with u too, ♥️🇮🇪🇮🇪☘️☘️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I Am carried away somewhere, but to where I cannot say
Amazing playing!
Wonderful music
Just fantastic fiddling. An inspiration to listen to
Seven months ago discovered this recording and I'm still just absolutle gobsmacked by the performance, setting, and the whole lot. Incredibly beautiful set of tunes.
What's great about this is you are reminded (as a trad musician as myself) that you're not aiming for recording perfection, but well-adjusted playing talent that fits into the pocket of the social dynamics of that session. This is great stuff.
