I completed the 12 Hr Walk challenge. 36.35 miles, 68.9K steps, 5.5 liters of water, No phone, music, podcast. It was kinda crazy totally disconnecting for 12+ hrs. This was a journey, there was one point mid afternoon 4.5 miles past and didn't even realize it. For anyone thinking about doing the 12HR walk, do yourself a favor and do it. its only 12 hrs out of your life. There were so many up's and downs. I did stop my timer any break over 3 mins, and meeting and walking with my buddy really helped bring the sprits back up. I would like to do this again in the Tahoe forest.
