@@TexTam thankfully my sons and I were blessed although there were strong winds and flooding and trees down, etc near us. My hubby was in the center of the Category 2 hurricane in his 18 wheeler. He was parked up as close as he could get to the building along with other drivers in their 18 wheelers. It was rocking the 18 wheelers like boats on the ocean in the middle of a hurricane. Thankfully no flip overs although they could not leave the parking lot after It finally blew over. So many trees down, electrical wires, cables traffic lights down, flooding in some areas etc, extremely hard for an 18 wheeler to navigate through that . They would have been dragging wires etc. It was hard getting a hold of anybody and phones were acting up due to overload of the system. Finally got a hold of someone in corporate. They had to drive company cars out to pick the drivers up. Needless to say not only was it too dangerous for drivers to be sent out , their system for dispatching was down. He was due to come home on Saturday but he came home a day early due to the storm. Mother in law had power out and tree blocking driveway. Several family were without power. I need to check on everyone again to see if their power was back on. As of late Saturday afternoon it still wasn't on. Trees are all down at my Aunt's house. Trees that have been there a very long time since I was little. The power was out there too.. My poor cousins are so stressed. I was very stressed. I won't lie I trust the Lord but I was terrified for my family and friends. It was a nightmare storm. But praise the Lord family and friends are okay. Many were not so fortunate. There have been quite a few deaths, not only Florida and Georgia but North Carolina and Tennessee. I am praying for all that have been affected. Thanks for asking. Sorry about the book.

My life gradually got better, my faith got stronger when I started monitoring my thoughts and resisting and rejecting the negative ones in the name of Jesus. I knew they were not coming from the Lord. Faith, patience and persistence - Never Give Up! Acts 14:22(NLT) …we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God. Blessings to all.
