How high are these meant to rise ? I tried the Betty Crocker Banana Bread with choc chip and they barely rose above the muffin case. 2 bananas +2 eggs+50ml oil+ Betty Crocker mix. I expected a bigger muffin. Is it because of the wholemeal flour grade ?
