    Great podcast Nick. Ryan did a great job of explaining the importance of the human capital component of a transaction. I especially like his comments regarding the importance of reducing dependence on the owner which leads to the need for a strong management team. Value is directly correlated to the sustainability of earnings post-closing. The stronger the management team that will stay with the business after closing, the lower the risk which ultimately drives value for the company.
