Moving from Tampa FL to Georgia soon. We're in the process of buying a home in the area (likely Perry or Warner Robins). Definitely feeling really nice about selecting the area. It reminds me of my hometown in rural Oklahoma, which I absolutely refuse to move my little family to. it feels perfectly close enough to in-laws, cities where my favorite bands frequently visit, beaches, and my family's favorite Tampa Bay restaurants... but far enough away from hurricane evacuation zones, insane cost of living and astronomical rent. 😊 We are so looking forward to this new chapter in life.

It's nice to have found your channel, its been immensely helpful! Due to unforseen circumstances, we're going to need to move from FL pretty quickly. I had some friends who were telling me how dangerous the area is, but we're trying not to move too far out of Tampa and Warner Robins was my first thought since I have a family friend who has lived there for many years and is retired Air Force

I'm looking for a custom home builder around Warner Robins. I'm retired military so we would like the amenities of the base. I'm just not impressed by the production homes being built around the area. I really don't care about the activities. What I really want is a nice house in the area.

This was a waste of time. Who has ever heard of the place? Who then says they want to move there? Who wants a trail as their only enjoyment? Who 📲 a YT guy 4 info about moving far? Etc etc etc.

Russell Pkwy and Houston Lake is a nightmare as well for as traffic. Very True on the price difference.

O yeah, middle GA is fantastic location wise. Cost of living unbeatable. Houses are still amazing, and the schools rate great. It's a hidden gem.

Checked out Tattnal ew months back nothing happening late afternoon So Played there at Rythm and Rally! great spot !!!! Even got a few games with the Mayor of Macon ! :)

I relocated to the WR area in 2013 after being out west(not west coast) for 22 years. Best move I ever made. A fresh start and land was much cheaper here.
