I had the same problem with not eating enough calories.I also found that if I get a good night's sleep, it shows on the scale. Love you, sweet pea!!! You're kicking butt!
Hey honey glad to see others with the same problem I need to lose another 8 kgs to be under surgeons goal so I am pushing it hahah and I shall remember that about the sleep I think I havent been getting enough myself. Hope your New Year is a good one! It's hard...who we were...who we are...who we are becoming...doesn't always meet our fantasies! The extra skin dampens the joy of the weight loss! I've slowly been having procedures to put "humpty dumpty" together again! I FINALLY have gotten to the point that I LIKE to look at my body! It took 60 years...but..."I told my plastic surgeon, at least I'll leave a good lookin' corpse!

the process can be so hard on us to love and see our new bodies. I'm so glad you feel comfortable to be truthful about your smoking. I smoked for many years and I know how hard it is on you. I worry about you mainly because all the doctors I've spoken to say smoke post Op can cause ulcers. being aware of what your doing and that it's not good for you is a hood 1St step. I believe in you and you can get pass this

I found I could taste more and enjoyed eating more and I could also afford a whole lot more aka makeup and such from ebay hahah Im glad you watched it honey and thankyou for being concerned for me but its a done deal now no more smokes for this girl anymore I got surgeries next year to have :) big hugs to you darlin xox
