First of all, Paradise is 2026 delivery. Not 2025. The most important clause is what Larimar has and that is "No Price Increase". Most, if not all contracts have force majeur. meaning do to something beyond their control, there could be delay . Generally, when buying any project its a projected delivery date. All projects have been delayed due to covid, hurricane, etc naturally. I, myself feel more comfortable with Paradise Towers being delivered end of 2026. Usually delivery of unit then up to 60 days to finance or finish paying the remaining amount.
