We always use real and fresh boiled potatoes. One potato makes soooooooo much and it's cheaper than buying ready made mashed potatoes.

I personally would've put some kind of broth and more seasoning on my potatoes, not just a chicken, and we've been doing this since beginning.A time actually, it's even better what it can a beer.It keeps the chicken juicy.And if you were to put onions underneath the skin of the chicken, it'd been even better.I'm gonna say no to that.The potatoes look so dry in the veggies underneath
