the daughters first jiu jitsu competition after training roughly for 6 months. Proud of her braveness and competivitiness. She's tough and only gonna get better in time, at least she got her foot wet and got the feeling.

3 days post competition and we getting started with the off season trying to be better and improving. Reverse dieting and slowly working our way into training but volume work for now. A day after my competition (npc use bodybuilding championship '24) we had almost a full day here in California. We did some strolling around just to kill some time before our flight back to Honolulu. Ate some great post show food, some I tried before. Cant wait to get back home to the family and get the improving season going. We are extra determined for this off season. here's a continuation from previous video. Were about 24hrs out and showing some stuff during the show. We were not able to record or bring any type of camera. Lucky I had some friends record from their phones and enjoy some bloopers towards the end. This was a fun and exciting prep I ever done. The best feeling I felt going into the show. Heres another video update and were 2 weeks out for the competition. I thank god always for guiding me and being by my side through it all no matter what. Against all odds. Check in and worked out on arms with little back touch ups. We also had to do and finish the room flooring and got myself a new recliner as a late fathers day gift from the family. And for sure its putting so much use on it....

Now we're at 3 weeks out nearing the finish line to 2024 npc usa national body building championship in Anaheim,Ca. Had a check ins and got back an earned cheat meal so that was very exciting. Had to get an early workout before I start a busy Sunday. Cooked and prep everything for a fundraiser I did to help pay a little towards doing my national bodybuilding show. Im about 4 weeks out from npc use bodybuilding competition 2024, it will be at Anaheim,Californina. If you don't know, fireworks are illegal in Hawaii. but no matter what we bring it and show out. Fireworks is part of the tradition and even though its illegal and we still pull through. We bring out the best. Safe to say every year we have the best firework show. The west area always pull through. I guess its better and fun when its illegal. Pop responsible and have a good time.
