Hi Harry. I do love the Stephenson's Rocket for Hornby. its truly one of their best engineered models. so tiny and unique. but the new version seemed to have mixed reviews about the quality and reliability. thanks for sharing. cheer's Tony.
@@TONYNORTHEASTERN both as good as eachother, both have pros and cons. Thanks for watching

Hi h I hope you are well I saw your FB post and a full agree with what you said. That why I got a coach named after my mum and king Stephen after my dad As for the black 5 fantastic Sound good. I think one came through bot but hey. Your video really making me look forward to hornby new one. Thank you for sharing Keep safe ARP
AATCHOO! Sorry for sneezing in the middle of the video. What's not to love about Bobby the Black 5?
What a great video, very interesting and informative. It's been years since I was at The National Railway Museum and i think it's about time I went back. I am 68 now and spent most of my working life on British Rail, they where very happy times for me. Thank you once again for a very interesting and well put together video. 👍🚂🚃
It'll be better when bigger crowds can be seen. My new Hornby Intercity Mk. 1 brake coach has arrived from ebay, while a Chocolate & Cream Mk. 2 Buffet Car (also of Hornby status) is on the way from Hattons. The Mk. 2 Buffet Car will join Rood Ashton Hall's Shakespeare Express coaching stock, and the Mk. 1 brake coach will be paired with a Chocolate & Cream Mk. 1 carriage. A pairing you don't normally see on a preserved railway. The Intercity Mk. 1 coaches came into use around the 1970s decade, about the same time as the HSTs were in use, on the main line. The coaches were either hauled by a Class 47 or 86 Electric Diesel. It was very rare for the Intercity Mk. 1s to be hauled by a steam engine on the main line. In the early 1990s, however, one GWR steam engine, City of Truro, was hauling 6 Intercity Mk. 1 coaches. It's a pity the livery isn't seen on any Mk. 1 coaches now. This is what I know about the Intercity Mk. 1 coaches.
Nice Ivatt 2MT, an engine I love. Merry Christmas.
Hi h I hope you are well Glad to see you are back That ivatt is stunning Merry Christmas to you and your family Keep safe ARP
