Our color guard is like a hall way but by the door it’s says storage
in my guard we never get our own room because our band consists of usually thirty people its not huge like it used to be also yours school is so huge ours is like small I wish I can go there🥲 also is it normal for like kids below freshmen year to be in band because i am not a freshmen but I'm still in band I have heard a lot of schools saying look at the new years and look at freshmen
I've actually graduated and I'm onto university colorguard!

we have a stuffed dog named biscuit because the previous coach of my team had a shirt that said biscuit and the members called him king biscuit lol
how do you have so many kids in band? 200 is half my school
the high school I'm going too has over 300 band student and there color guard has around 60 members.
Our entire marching band is only 42 people including guard, pit, and woodwinds and brass

Y’all’s guard only acts like that before games? Mine acts like that every single day 😂 our directors know that we are just crazy people by now
Well there are a few members who always act like that, we are a bit crazy, but our leadership keeps most of us in line most of the time

Y’all’s guard closet is huge ours is tiny if we try to fit our entire guard into it we have no room to move
Oof that stinks, ours used to be a janitor closet
Ours is just a closet lol there’s a shelf full of electrical tape and 2 big blue trash cans and then a bunch of untapped sabres in the corner we used to keep the school flags in the bins but now they stay in our schools band hall
Ours is big enough for a small loveseat and the equipment and then like 5 peoplw
ours can fit like 5 people😂
First game tomorrow. I’m a sophomore but I didn’t join until this year. I’m so excited but so nervous. Our field show is hunger games 🥰
Oh my gosh I love that show theme! I joined my sophomore year too. There's really nothing to worry about, it's a lot of fun. Just a word of advice: find people who you can learn from and grow from. You're going to have a really good time trust me.
