Greater Cleveland Habitat Modular Homes Event
On September 5, 2024, we installed our first modular homes on West 83rd St. Each home is a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. In total, we plan to have 19 Habitat modular homes installed in three neighborhoods in Cleveland this year.
We would like to thank Mayor Justin Bibb, Councilmember Jenny Spencer, and her colleagues for helping us secure $5 million in ARPA support from the City Council. We would also like to thank Cuyahoga Land Bank for providing $20,000 per modular home.

These people are scammersits easier to just fix ur credit and get your own mortgage in a safe neighborhood. They pick and deny in unfair ways.
