I'm thinking of getting a used Nissan leaf. I was curious do many people find it hard to find Chademo charging? Where I live they are still around.

I bought a 2015 Tekna two weeks ago as my work van (which I take home) is being taken off me in the coming months. It's only got to get me 10 miles a day and for that I think it's an excellent vehicle for the commute. However, likening the comfort to a high spec Mercedes may be one thing, but I can definitely say that it is nowhere near my other car which is a 2003 Volvo S80. That really is like driving around in your living room!

Hi mate. Great video. Sorry but my 1.6 diesel seat Leon does 60-70 MPG and 600 mile range between fill ups. I fill up once a month. Takes 5 minutes. Contact me when your EV can match this. smiley face.

You keep saying kW rather than kWh when referring to battery capacity.

Since my previous post I have now upgraded to a Renault Zoe ZE50 Iconic and it is a totally different beast altogether. Although with the previous Zoe I had 43kw ac rapid charging those type of chargers are very few and far between these days so the CCS Rapid charging on the ZE50 is amazing and so is the range I can now do. Three times the range of the original The performance is incredible and it is so quick off the mark I tend to keep it in Eco mode unless I really need that extra push. Altogether a much improved car that I can see me keeping for quite a while. It now allows me to go anywhere I want without having to forward plan for chargers.

The back seats do not fold flat. My adult passengers can not fit in the backseat. Fiat cater for their own with that suicide door but sod them like me in the uk. Trading in soon.😢

These RFID cards should be available for FREE from any local store or station already, cash top up. NONE of this "App" Crap Smartphone rubbish. Smartphones are for zombified idiots who walk around talking to themselves. Soon they'll be doing it without any smartphone around.

Yesterday (a day in Aug., 2024)I found a T6 Highline from 2020 with all the bells and whistles, only 2000 km!!!! Label price was 23 thousand Euros. Unbelievable! I knew there must be a catch, and I was right. Massive battery pack (though not in capacity) but only 140-160 km range. IN A FREAKING BUS/VAN! What the actual F? Well, it turned out not only the range is terrible, for some reasons the battery life is also ridiculously low. Plus all the infamous VW software issues! In countries with proper consumer protection and consumer rights, these products should be banned, because it’s a major scam. It is literally a scam! I see no difference between the African/Indian online scammers and VW. They both take the money from the less informed people and, in return, give them head ache and financial damages for long periods of times So Im staying away from these VW frauds.

I would be best to drive the van before you review it. As everything I’ve watched on this van all day big on this van say it averages about 50 to 60 miles on a charge.

Quite simply the worst EV in History. No regen, basic outdated and pathetic range, horrible in winter and battery depletes at an alarming rate. AVOID. Needs at least 10 hours to charge.
