I had BMS for 6 months but it always got worse later in the day. I got a severe sinus infection but it was viral. I cut out all carbs and dairy for two weeks. Used a neti pot morning and night and took lot's of C and zinc. It's gone in 1 week it's gone!!! FINALLY!!!!! :) What I learned I need to eat whole foods, berries and apples are my choice because they are low in sugar. Also, I am forcing myself to eat a salad before dinner. I am taking my supplements and really working on keeping my immune system strong because that was hell. Also, no dairy at all, not even chocolate. Whole foods only :)

This is ridiculous. The film footage depicts implant installation. The alternatives are glossed over and vague with no images. Why did you bother to make this?

I've just recently received a CPAP and haven't yet started to use it. But I've also just received a CD program called "Singing for Snorers" which is documented as reducing apnea for people with mild to moderate sleep apnea. It uses singing to strengthen the muscles of the mouth and throat, which can reduce apnea episodes. I intend to use both and lose weight as well. I definitely have no intention of being tied to a CPAP machine the rest of my life, if there are alternative ways to treat the problem. Now, if it turns out I absolutely need a CPAP, then well, I'll certainly use it. But I'm still going to explore other treatments (none of which, of course, were discussed by my doctor.)

So for the ppl here that have used the bio or cpap machine for years it doesn’t heal anyone like the medical ppl like say. Am I right or wrong? Thanks

I’ve had fairly bad BMS, and based a a different video which was much more science-based and practical, I started talking magnesium in the form of the Calm® product and zinc tablets. Of course everyone is different, but this helped me and also reduced muscle spasms. In contrast, this video is basically an advertisement for Dentists, whom in my experience always refer this kind of thing to your primary care physician.
