@@Veganexpat Appreciate your feedback and good question. The debt is around 1,27 Billion and the interest expense around 4,07 million. Which would be around 0,319% annual interest. This very low rate strongly suggests that a significant portion of the debt is likely in the form of convertible bonds. What is more significant is the negative free cashflow of around 90 million dollar and they only got 122 million dollar Cash on Hand. Which could mean in around 1,5 years they would run out of cash. To prevent that they have to improve the free cashflow significant. They will probably increase the shares outstanding or increase their debt even more.

Yes i think alot of people have a similar scenario. Alot of the smaller growth companies had significant stock price decline. Mostly because the hype around the companies decreased. But also because the high interest which makes it difficult to borrow money. The good thing about NIU they dont look to bad about the debt and Cash on Hand. So they have a chance to make a comeback. It depends on the management.

They would buy when it is lower or at par with their revenue, if it comes down to 16B market cap then they will buy it. But that will mean 50% more price crash for you and me. None of Chinese stock are priced 10 times their revenue. Understand that.

​@aakasharora12 If you look at minute 4:40 you can see they have alot "Cash" in the bank. 226 billion HKD. The market cap is 249 billion HKD. They have enough cash to buyback shares. But i don't think they focus on buybacks.
