Ultimate form has x3.5 melee dmg and ki multiplier and a dmg resistance of -72% so ultimate form is way stronger however you can combine both powers together when both are mastered.

@ when you open up Razer Synapse just go to keyboard and click on F and change the Alphanumeric to F and enable turbo and slide it to 20 and save. An then when you done just turn it off.
