I use the last time list to track haircuts, grooming for our dogs and cats, when I order the dog/cat food, filling up my gas tank, oil changes, furnace filter changes, cleaning the dryer vent, flea/tick preventative, when I change/wash bedding, etc. I color code so I can look at a glance to see if it's home, personal, family, pet, etc

The last time …changed the A/C filter, changed the oil in the car, bought new tires, I had a spa day, I spent time with friend, did a bad habit….endless😂

As far as using the last time list, you did last time you had a mammogram last time you had an oil change the last time you cleaned out your freezer the last time you swapped out your toothbrush the last time you swapped out your mascara, so many uses last time you change the filter on in your refrigerator for water the last time you changed your filters for your apartment or house or cleaned out your dryer

With the last time insert it is multi-purposeful. I use it as a list for the things I don’t do daily. Such as putting gas, car maintenance, diaper changes, bottle feedings, getting my nails done, etc 😁

Maybe to track home things, ex: last time I changed the Ac filters etc.. I always forget when we change them 😅 maybe car maintenance as well
