you don't know why the Worlds went to Redovan?!? Guys, EFRA the hosting block made a very long statement explaining why the Baldo brothers got it again and it was sound reasoning. Not many hosts can pull off a race for 180 at such such short notice. What Baldo did is know as blackmail. Might have solved the problem but is not how these things should be resolved. oh and there is no rule for setting the car down during starting procedure and there is no rule giving the referee the authority to penalize for it. The reasons for penalties are cleary stated in the rule book and that is not one.

Land of Redovan track is donated (not for ever) by the city council, the Sports Department. In Spain is so normal that. I think 90% of tracks are made in that way. The club pay the infraestructure (podium, track line, air compressors...) but the land belongs to the council.

Related to Davide's adaptation to a particular car peak performance to achieve his best possible driving, there is a perfect example of this in a clip of a clinic that Davide did at a track called River Park in Italy. One of the assistants came to that clinic with a normal rtr car (not really shure but I think it was a kyosho mp10e) Davide did some track rides showing preferred trajectories, throttle tricks, basic tuning tips, etc. Then, at some point in the clinic, Davide took the attendant's own car to go for a few laps to show the teachings of the clinic. And then came the surprise: with his own AE Davide clocked a lap time of 38.3, while with the assistant's rtr car he clocked a 38.8. It's in Italian so you'll probably have to turn on the subtitles, but the lap time with his own AE car is listed at 12:05, while the rtr lap time is listed at 14:23 .
