Hello. I am new to the "Souls" franchise, and I'm having a blast. But wait ... full disclosure: my first few hours into the original game nearly obliterated my resolve. More humiliating deaths than my ego will permit me to admit to were inflicted upon me with no mercy or surcease, and I nearly gave up in a near-overwhelming fume of anger, frustration, and even some despair. This 55-year-old man nearly hurled his X-BOX controller at his gorgeous, top-of-the-line 55-inch HD Samsung television. Oh, I was brought low. "Fuck it!" I said out loud, to nobody in particular. Maybe to the dust motes floating lazily around my room. Ha! Did I just write that I "said" it? Who am I kidding. I screamed it murderously at the top of my lungs. I was hardly a portrait of dignity. "Fuck this shit!" I yelled. I decided that I would kill that bastard Demon Boss at the Undead Asylumn . . . at that point out of some twisted sense of principle; it was imperative that I salvage at least SOME of my pride . . . and then quickly and decisively part ways with DARK SOULS. Forever. Amen. Fuck this game. And then something weird happened. I don't think I ever experienced anything quite like it in my . . . let's see here . . . going-on-four-plus- decades of playing video games. Here's what happened: I finally killed that sonofabitch Asylumn Demon, beat his infernal ass to a pulp. After well over a dozen attempts. And as I watched this thing that had gleefully elevated my blood pressure and caused me such profound misery topple heavily to the ground and disintegrate, I sprung out of my chair in a fit of high emotion that exceeded my outburst when the Patriots clawed their way back from a 24-point deficit and defeated the Falcons at the Super Bowl. "YEAH!!," I screamed. "EAT THAT, you $@!%%@! piece of @#$!@%$! EAT IT!!" And that's when the weird thing happened. Stated simply: I needed to go on. I had to see what secrets and monstrosities and, yes, even what beauty lurked around the next hill, within the next dungeon or crypt or castle. I was hooked by a newfound confidence. I needed to SEE. And let's face facts . . . DARK SOULS looks and sounds and plays gorgeously. There was a problem, though. It became woefully clear very quickly that DS was no ordinary game. Oh no. And one needn't be an inveterate gamer or a genius to see the truth of it. Dark Souls makes its own demands. And you either respect them, or you set yourself up for a painful ride. And probably a short one, too. Enter "Dadbod." I do not know you, sir, but after spending the past three months with you, I feel like we have been kindred spirits thrown together by fickle Fate as we traversed the lands of Lordran and, now, to my great delight, of Drangleic. Dadbod, you have been my boon companion for Dark Souls, and now DS II: Scholar of the First Sin. I consider us Brothers of the Curse. Where the road has been murky, you have been a faithful light; where the path treacherous and pregnant with Death, you have been a sharp and shielding sword. You are a godsend, friend. My very own Solaire, helping me pick my way through Dark Souls's relentlessly grim and blood-drenched worlds. Next, many, MANY months from this moment, we shall walk together, Brothers of the Curse, toward DARK SOULS III, and then onward to BLOODBOURNE and ELDEN RING. I talked to Licia the NPC until i exhausted her dialouge and she then disappeared. I cant find her in medulla am i still good will she eventually show up, where is she located in majulla i cant find her to save my life? I noticed she never disappeared for you because you didnt exhaust her dialogue. Was i supposed to do the same? And also thanks for everything you are doing. I don't know why it ended up this way but the original map design after the boss was supposed to go deep into the mountain before there being an elevator that might have gone down a bit.

That first item behind the small pots behind the huge pot, you can just walk atound the back of them to get the item
