@thesupplementworld4825 Brain fog, satiation and energy - I don't feel full or very well without carbohydrates in my system, I tried low carb for a long time and was constantly tired. They are necessary for my body's functions outside of diabetes, I try to offset with fiber as much as possible to manage the speed of release though :) Different for everyone!
