A very good vid clip!! It helped me a lot to replace my rear wiper arm on my A200 Turbo! Tks kokkonenfi!!
You’re welcome!
Was there enough in the tank? Did you "overfill" it to move on? Did you check the level befor working or is this a common problem? Thanks in advance.
The tank was propably a little on the low side. I have tried to keep it in the middle on the glass, that way during summer heat when the oil expands, it is less likely to spill when having a lot of tilt. Now it was cold and very steep position. You can check the level reliably only when machine is totally level. It was not overfilled, just got it closer to full
When checking to oil you do not screw the dipstick in. You just push it till the threads touch and then pull out to check..
This is news to me. Thanks for the info!
Thanks a lot
😄
My brand new Chinese digger with 3 hours on in did this yesterday. I had to jack it up and drag it out of my next door neighbor' s driveway we're digging out for a new cement slab. I have it adjusted all the way loose AND IT'S STILL TOO FREAKING TIGHT. IT'S SITTING AT THE CURB IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE . Im already set to torch it
Don’t give up! Use the force, Luke!
Hi, does your mini Chinese excavator have any grease nipples on the track bearing or track moving parts?
No, I could not find any on tracks nor track rollers
When you say the wiper broke, what was it doing? Was it hanging low, on the bodywork rather than the window? Mine has recently started doing that. It still works, but doesn’t cover the full range of the window as it’s wiping the bodywork.
Mine first stopped moving, then broke of completely. The plastic that had the brass bushing connecting to shaft deteriorated and broke off. If you can move the wiper by hand easily, the plastic has propably disconnected
@@kokkonenfi thank you. I’ll replace it.
A+ effort! Now I want one of those long pliers you have.
Thanks!
Those are chep big plummers pliers that I originally got when we where connecting our water mains at cottage. You can never have too large pliers!
@@kokkonenfi I agree and those ones sure look handy.
In front of engine, black plastic, held with one screw. It's more like a screen oil passes trough. Sealed with a o ring.
Thanks, I will check it!
Hello, did you clean out the oil screen / filter as well?Easy to miss 🙂
Do you know where it is?
One side of mine the tension nut inside is seized. Not a lot of room to play with. Sometimes I take the back big gear off and then shove everything into place. I find the main issue why these tracks pop off is cause when you want to turn left you need to push the left back and the right side forward. Can't just have one side moving.
You are right, learning how to turn, especially on incline helps
I should add antiseize on those nuts…
I just pulled mine off for the first time, manoeuvring out of a tight spot, one track at a time, lesson learned, dig up the ground v slipping a track.
Hello, how do you tightening the belt? Is there a tensioner ? Thank you in advance
There is a pulley that puts tension to the belt. It is spring loaded and does not need adjustment. When removing old belt, I just pulled the tensioner pulley by hand to loose the belt. Same when replacing the new one
Replaced mine but line still leaking
Autch!
The water was not coming properly and I didn’t know how to fix it. Thanks now I know.
Some good from this video, nice!
Thank you for the video! I'm also filming about this car!
Cool!

Great video, really helped me to replace the repeater on our A160. Thank you!!
Nice to hear!
Well that stinks. Hope mine is more durable than that!
Lets hope so. Mine is at 100 hours of very hard use. I’ve dug out about ten huge stumps with lots of rock
Looks like i have same Problem with my car. Washing liquid goes out somewhere. After your video i'll try to fix it myself. Thank you! 👍
Sounds like similar issue!
Did u fix
Nice work! I enjoy your video's. Just curious what part of the world are you located? I'm in the U.S., Ohio
Thanks! I’m in Finland, city called Oulu
Hey kokkonenfi, you have quite the project going on there. It's to bad about your mini excavator hydraulic ram broke. Im not sure how much clearing you have done before? But if I can offer you some advice when it comes to stump removal? I have found it really helpful in getting the stump out, is to turn the stump over (up-side down) and scratch off the dirt from underneath it, as It made the stump lighter and it makes it easier for getting it up out of the hole. But I am sure that you already knew that? But also i have also dug out one side of the stump and get ahold of one of the main roots and use it as leverage to break the root off since the other half of the stump is still buried. Or to spin it out of the hole. But that is pretty hard to do with a small mini excavator. Thanks for sharing this with us and have a great day sir
Thanks for your comment. You are spot on with your tips, have been using same methods. Also tipping the stump and rinsing underside with water looses lots of dirt!
Melkoisen meihemin olet luonut tuonne pihalle 😊
Joo, on siinä siivoamista
I am a bit envious about that way of doing snow removal. But well, it is the Finnish way
Whatever works!
Stick to topic
Until i saw this, i had no idea that metal bit needed dremelling out. Thanks!
You’re welcome!
Brilliant video! Replaced my rear wiper arm with ease after watching this. Thank-you very much!
Nice!
Thanks man! Usefull vid
Very good, big help
😎
So, all this can cost 1000euros?? What the hell?
Dealership would have replaced the control unit, it would have been 4000€
Helpful video
Good to hear!
Thanks for sharing ? Where did you order your mini from in US or from China ? If it was delivered to you, how did you unloaded it ? Thanks
There is company in Finland that imports them. ( I live in Finland) It was already assembled so it was just driven down from the trailer by the freight company.
would put EP3 or better. EP2 is not so great and price isn't so much different for better grease
Thanks for the tip!
I managed to do it, but what a pain! I removed the air box and throttle out of the way and did all 4 plugs via "feel" method, could not see a thing.
Good job! Not easy job on this car.
Please identify the hydraulic fittings on the machine
Those are M14x1.5 O-Ring fittings. From the valve, the treads are BSP 3/8. I use BSP 3/8 to M14x1.5 coupler there.
Thank you for taking time to answer my question
Speak up and talk to us. Can't hear you and I want to know the sizes and names of those chinese o-ring hyd fittings.

Good video 👍
Thanks!
they are wrong from factory, the rear axle needs to go down about 1cm to get the pulleys to align. if you take out the rear "bumper" you will see that the engine pulley and the pulley on axle are not level.
Thanks, I need to check that next summer!
I moved the axle down with 4 M12 nuts, longer M8 bolts for the axle. Then you need to fabricate a small bracket infront of gearbox that is about 10mm higher. Not that hard to do. Acually i did this operation 2 days ago. (Changed engine due to the oildrain hose had a crack, oil leaked out and the rod decided to say "peekaboo") so inspect the oildrain hose at the same time... crap quality
there a fucking nightmare. but after a dozen time ya get used too them ya get around 250hrs hard work out of the tracks on these diggers before there stretched and fucked
I’ll try to get most out of them and I’ll try to be carefull when not on even ground, hopefully this does not happen too often!
day one job on these fantastic little machines. mines at 500hours now
That has got some work done
Hows it holding up?
@@chrisvolk106 absolutely perfect. takes any abuse whatsoever. works for 4hours on full revs on 1 gallon off diesel. nothing will come close to that.

You’re welcome!
Great video, my new chinese 1 ton had issues accepting grease into the blade as well!
Thanks!
The next time, just dig a hole next to the big rock and roll it in.
Yes, that would work!
Hi, I have exactly the same issue with noise when braking with front wheels. Pads are new like you 1~2 years but disk is from factory still ok but getting old. I dont think its rust what do you think? Thanks 😊
Check that the piston and brake pads move freely. If the breaks have not been serviced in a while, just cleaning and greasing might help. Sometimes the pads might be tight due to rust in pad holders behind the stainless steel part, thus expanding and making the pads difficult to move. Either removing the rust or grinding a bit of the pad tabs should help to make the move freely
@kokkonenfi ok thanks for the details - It has been services six years ago around. I'll see if I can check the piston. Do I need a special device to push the piston? I've never changed the brake pads myself
There is a special tool for that but it should be possible to move just by a bit of leverage
You'd have to very dumb to use a charger way more than what a device can handle
Yeah, and don’t leave you ebike charger with the same plug next to muscle hammer. Somebody might think its for that device!
Exactly what I needed to know! Thanks, and very inspiring tool organisation as well!
Good to hear
Thank you for the video, was not sure I had to remove the metal bush at all but yeah otherwise it doesn't fit. Thank you. Rear sprayer doesn't work anymore though.

Need to use 0° nozzle, cordless reciprocating saw with pruning blade. Double cut each root creating a moat around root ball for cavitation 😊
@tcmits3699 sounds like good idea, will try that saw when trying to make the stumps smaller for burning
@@kokkonenfi I've done over 10 trees with the power washer and reciprocating saw, and it really does work better than a chainsaw. I love using the power washer, it's actually easy, no manual digging.
