i have a spreadsheet that i use and has been shared with me. sometimes it works better than others because i don't always get the winds right. Long story short is, if I have a 145 yard shot, I can go 8i full backspin (~144 yards), 3/4 backspin (~147 @ 98% power) or 1/2 backspin (~150 @ 96% power). Every ball will be different, and the numbers I use are based on the level 87 titleist ball.
