Me the catapult beast and a Friend Andrew Clifford went to Monkhall Fishery today. To spend the day with Paul & Andy two of Englands Finest anglers on one of their Skill Schools on how to become better anglers. Well what a fantastic day this was, With all the talks and showing us what to do down to the finest detail and each Angler answering every question everyone asked. In a very relaxed no pressure atmosphere. If anyone else is thinking of coming on one do it. Its well worth it being taught by the experts. Now I cannot wait to get out and give it a go what I have learnt today. Paul Holland & Andy Bennett thank you. And we both will be on the next one.

Believe it or not Paul - I started the maize craze back in the late 80's when I used maize germ for mixing up rat bait (poison). I sourced it from a local corn mill. Found it to be a good alternative to sawdust. My local tackle shop cottoned on to what I was doing and they started cadging it off me.
