Thank you sir. I'm many hour in trouble but all solve in 7min.

Anyone see these behave strangely with the PV value jumping all over as soon as the SSR starts cycling? I’ve tried several thermocouples and two different c100 controllers. The heating element can be plugged in or disconnected and the behavior continues.

how do you set it so that the temperature is as desired? because yesterday I set it at 100° Celsius but the temperature continued to rise to 230° Celsius Please help me

Concerning this PID with SSR... if I have a 10kw heating element, is there any way to decrease the frequency of the signal from the PID sent to the SSR before limiting my heating element to 9kw? For example, is there an option in the menu that allows 90% of the signal sent to the SSR instead of 100%? That would solve my problem.

This product doesn't work. It reacts way too slow to actual changes. Once a reached threshold triggers a power cut, the temperature can be way above that limit.

hi thank you for you easy to follow video it was so helpful to me as im dyslectic and find instructions hard to decipher. your vidio is amazing, your instructions were so clear and precise and so easy to follow. that is why im writing to you im having a problem and im hoping you can help me please. i did 2 firings then the kiln stopped heating for the next firing, it shows ambient temp and desired temp. on the left is green light (the 2nd from top) it is steady just as normal but no heat. its as if the power to the heating elements is not geting through. every thing turns on so there is power, it just wont heat up it took 30mins for the ambient temp to change from 21 to 22. but if i hold the pyrometer with my fingers it goes up rapidly as it did when it was working. is there something that cuts the power of from the element's? i would be so great full if you could help me please. kind regards kay.

You have no idea what you are talking about! Reading out the display most of the time, what a joke! Did you make this video for visually impaired?! No explanation what those settings do or are used for! All those settings are not "correct", they are just settings for different uses and scenarios. Each setting is "correct" for what you need. Incompetent and incapable of formulating a coherent explanation!
