Ive tried the last 3 years to enjoy whiskey. ALL i can taste us ethanol, no matter the brand. Even in flavored choices the ethanol is so strong. I think im just relegated to drinking beer til Im drunk.

A lot of broke people bash macallan just because of the price ive bought a decent variety to compare the bullshit talk and they are all worng just bunch of broke people that cant afford it, glendronarch 12,15. Glenfidish 15, benriach 12,glenlivet 12. Glenfarclas 12, 17. And a few other indint remeber now the only one close to the flavornis Glenfarclas 12 and superior 17 but 17 is almost twice the price, macallan 12 sherry is 95$ with taxes no other whiskey beats the flavor for 95$

Those look great! I usually use mustard as a binder but I love Cholula so I'm gonna have to try that nest time. I like smoking over cherry and use a pork rub that I make. I like the sear at the end that you did so I'm gonna have to try that now too.

Why do people make crazy bright vids, do they add anything?

I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago and was really impressed. In fact, all of their options are good and for the price it is really hard to beat. That full proof is a little hot, but still very good. Thank guys..... if you can't tell, I am a novice, but I have had a lot of different bourbon's. For the most part I stick to KY straight, but I like good bourbon in any glass.
