Before yall get ya drawls inna bunch the stand is NOT that bad. It’s very situational requiring guardbreaks or high stun moved to deal damage. I cant see the stand being in high ranks.

I hate that whitesnake dude too. I fight him constantly, only got a win once because his ass can’t fight love train
The problem with weather report is that the current meta is fast and uncancellable stuns with low cooldowns. Stuff like knives and chop, and weather report has a really good stun sure, but it you can only really use it on block breaks. Zero block breaks, zero damage.
I agree, meta stands are high speed time stop stands its hard to play weather report with it. However WR has its ups and downs. Frog Rain in gang wars is crazy and if you do land a guard break you're guaranteed to deal most of their health.
The stand is pretty good, you just have ass build my guy WR's damage comes from frog rain, so you gotta max it (makes it last for 11 seconds, so you havr 19 second cooldown on frog rain) The build i use the most is Boxing (just get all the moves and the resist, dont upgrade them) User (Max health, Speed, 2 points on regen, 1 point on sturdiness) Stand: Upgrade to max: Tornado, Thunders and Frog rain. rest of the points to upgrade heavy weather Ignore: Oxygen concentration and Cloud suit
And all you have to do is to use heavy weather and then frog rain and you just win after that
@@goof9203 I agree my build is ass but i’m not the only one who thinks Weather Report is a mid stand. it is complete based on a guardbreak that will give you a 80% health combo
@@77skid its based on guardbreaks cuz if you forget to block for 3 seconds you're dead already, its all about the playstyle you, and your enemy have
