As we celebrate World Animal Day 2024, we are thrilled to unveil our documentary, "Through the Eyes of the Leopard." This photographic project, sponsored by the Mirpuri Foundation, chronicles extraordinary expeditions to the Caucasus region, the natural habitat of the Persian Leopard.
For the first time, this stunning book showcases some of the most breathtaking photographs captured by Rui Bernardino during these expeditions, alongside his colleague José Dias Ferreira. This initiative is made possible through a partnership between the Mirpuri Foundation and the Lisbon Zoo, highlighting the vital connection between community engagement and wildlife conservation.
