i know not doing so adds to the challenge, but in the past 2 years i have never had to feel the weight of the burden of incomplete maps after consistently using the online interactive map. not only do i never miss chests /oculi etc now, but i also save time knowing which ones i’ve gotten and which ones i haven’t yet. which also equates to more primogems!!! it may be easier for mondstadt and liyue, but i HIGHLY *HIGHLY* encourage you to just use it from now on like a tracker. the old vanarana area in sumeru is literally impossible to 100% unless you’re aware of specific hidden areas which can’t even be seen. by the way you will have more incentive to use this thanks to the fomo primo rewards (that last for 2 versions only) for reaching exploration 80% in all the new upcoming regions from now on. save yourself time and stress!!

You probably got a lot of comments like this but if you have a sucrose I’d recommend building her! Trust me I used to hate building my anemo users cause vv domain hates me but after building sucrose monument based abyss or commissions are NOTHING. All you need is that character that forces them to stay away from the monument and sucrose does it extremely well. And flings them off the monument which gives you some more free dps time while keeping it safe :)

Im doing this too, but strictly only allowed to stay in the region im currently exploring, unless exploration of a region cannot be completed without going to the new region. (Like going to Liyue Katherine for the Mondstadt shrine of depths key) Also Im limiting myself to characters and weapons native to that region (not including 3* and below.) Im currently in Liyue and am roadblocked as I count anemo traveler as a Mondstadt character. 😂
