I have never made my rolls with raw leaves first. I cook my leaves until slightly tender then roll up to stem, so much easier to roll up in my opinion, but I like the idea of using pre made meatballs, that would surely save some time.Such a clever idea the way you made the table runner! I will have to try that. Thank You.
