Hey all, thanks for the continued views! Not that this is an extremely good video to have all these views on, I look back on this and cringe at some of my shortcomings. I still don't understand entirely what I was doing here, haha. Stupid me from 2 or 3 years ago knows a lot less than I do now and thought it'd be funny to make silly short form content series on how to install computer components. Not a bad idea, but in practice, I was kinda dumb. I think in general, I did well in making it nice and simple and chill, but I did kinda mess up some words. Also, I'd recommend not doing it on carpet, (even though I've somehow not managed to kill or damage anything with static discharge, am I somehow super lucky?), and DON'T BUY A 1030! Lol. I knew pretty much nothing in regards to what to buy and what to invest into. Learn from me, and DON'T get a 1030. Unless you have a raging desire to play a game on the lowest of settings and scaled down and still not get 60FPS, then sure. And maybe if integrated graphics is slightly not enough. Other than that, just get the low profile GTX 1650 if upgrading an old small office PC like this old Dell, or new RTX 4060 low profile card if you're doing a full low profile build. Or, invest into an actual full size desktop. Not long after this video was made, I got an actual full size Dell and it served me well, with a GTX 1050, to an RX 6500XT. Nowadays, I wouldn't go for these older machines, my trusty i5-4590 served me well, but it was really bottlenecking my graphics card. If I were you, I'd get at least something as new as Intel 6th gen i5's and i7's, and 3rd or 4th gen AMD Ryzen 5 and 7's. Also, make sure your motherboard has PCIe Gen 3.0, it really helps improve graphics card performance with increased bandwith over PCIe Gen 2.0.

If i see another comment about having it on the carpet lol, i think we all know not to do it on a carpet. Its pretty much common sense, but seems like he only had limited space to record the video one handed so if he isnt bothered then neither should you be about what he does.

I have. Problem when i installed my card which is rx580 it doesn't boot the fan spins for like 2 secs and then turns off
