My main issue was that he was always moving back. But i see your grips with this boss! Still enjoyed it and i think if they iron some stuff out for their next games, to will provide some dope bosses over the next games.

I got it as a random drop from an normal enemy befor the boss in the tutorial level.

Bro, i almost quiet the game here to be honest. I tried to no damage him for almost 4h. In this run is just snapped inside and said, done or i will stop playing the game. I really enjoy the game, but damn the frame drops are annoying as hell and the game eats so many inputs it's kinda crazy. I really hope they can fix this, or i have to switch to the pc version of the game.

War ein lustiger boss kampf!

For the huge tornado in the last phase you just have to go as far left as you can to not get sucked into it. There is no way when you in it to avoid damage or anything. When you mean the one circle stream attack on the ground that sucks you into the middle, this is more a timing thing, Jump at the right time at 17:24sec you can see a blue pulse coming from it and shortly after it jump and dodge to the side. When it comes to the shield break phase, you have to be on point with your combos and abilitie usage, when you kinda can replicate how i did it, it's 100% consistent. I only once manage to get it doen with 5 sec left, but it's mostly between 3sec to 1 sec for me too. your Level matters here also a lot for the damage you can dish out, i think i was lv98 or something like it.

Sorry for the late reply, sometimes YT is weird with comments! I used Radagon's Soreseal, Erdtree Favor, Carian Filigreed Crestso use less mana for my Moonveil and the Green Turtle Talisman. But i never used any buffs during the fight.

He is a boss pretty early in the game where you get the glider at the end of it. You have to chose to spare him after the fight!

It's the Drunkard Armor Set, you can unlock it trough Kogoro Katsuras Bond mission: A Fragile Alliance, it's a Level 36 mission.

I tried it a couple times from the cliffs, but could not make it at all. So i tried it with Torrent lol didn't take me long to get up there

Thanks and glad you like it, to unlock the R1+O attack you need bond lv 3 with him. At 11:56sec you can see, that at bond lv 3 you unlock the Hayabusa-Ryu Master. When you check the characters and see for as example, Bond 3 or 4 gives you mostly the Master and ergo the 4th skill attack. Hope this helps.

And you have to be Master in one other Katana style as well. R1+O give you the Chance to use a Skill from a other Style you mastered. So if Hayabusa your only Master, you can’t equip something else. Hope that’s help someone who search for the same task.

He is actually one of the harder opponents to get Master rank. If you have the chance, grind for some gear that let's you block much more and try to only counterspark his last attack always.

Sorry for the late reply, but normaly where you can change the other moves too. If i remember right they added it on you main character too now. When you go to your weapons and see the styles, you should be able to change it there now too.

Yeah, i wish it was still possible, would make the grind a lot smoother for the platinum on ps4/5 lol

Really hard to say, for me one of the best for counter and counterspark is the Hayabusa style. But they all have their strength and it depends what you really like at the end.

You mean the spiral attack where you grab the enemy and spin him? It's a R1+X charge attack! It's not easy to pull off
