A few clips of my BEW MKIV Jetta's new exhaust. Modifications: - BW S7 Turbo - SBC Stage 2 Endurance Clutch - Kerma Custom tune by Charlie - aFe Cold Air Intake System w/ OMI - 3inch Turbo-Back Exhaust System - 5th Gear Conversion
Did u have to do any special tweaks to the tune when emissions were deleted? I saw on the description “dont remove emissions”

Ok thanks a bunch. I’m 2500 at 80. New to tdi diesels. But have lots of other diesels. Loving my mileage tho with the tdi. Can’t wait to have the money to mod it so I can actually pass ppl. Our mph where I live is only 55. But you know how it is go to Mexico and speed is no limit lol!
What is rpm to mph with the taller 5 gear?
It was like 2250 rpm at 80 mph
That’s still great mileage for what’s been done to it. I’m definitely doing egr delete. Turbo back straight pipe. I’m getting 48 to 54. Will see how it does without all that restrictive junk on it. Thanks for replying back.

@@andykelm2902 02j 5 speed? i’m looking into getting a South Bend stage 2 clutch for my BEW. i just got a Garrett VNT17 and i want to go stage 3 malone. did you replace the clutch yourself? if so please let me know what i should be prepared for, tips, and some specialty tools i might need. other than that, thank you for the video! jetta sounds great

It's stainless works headers into a stainless works exhaust with black widow race venom mufflers. Cam is TSP Stage 2 LS3 N/A: 229/244, .629/.615, 111LSA, 109 ICL

do you have the catted exhaust? if not how much louder is it than stock would you say? like i dont want to be waking up my neighbors when i leave for work.
These engines are hella quite lol
Mine has no cat, no muffler, nothing. Still is actually pretty quiet, you mostly hear the turbo, very good exhaust, not too loud.
You won't wake up your neighbors with a straight pipe.

It pretty much is just a 3" piece of pipe. It is the BW S7 turbo.

I have it rigged up just to put air in tires right now.
What's the straight pipe kit that you used, just bought an 06 1.9, love the sound of your rig, where did you find tip, and what do you have as far as intake?
Edwin Strupulis, its a Karma TDI 3" straight pipe. AFE Intake with the Karma OMI

just what's in the description, basically the kerma 150 horse kit with some extras.

@@bubbleboi3422 it was night an day difference with the turbo and tune. Can actually merge on the highway at an adequate speed.
@@andykelm2902 ok thanks should I push more like 175-200 or just to 150? My tdi has 277k miles on it
@@bubbleboi3422 there is a kerma 190 kit but to me the gain did not justify spending more money. With the 150 kit it was definately not slow but it was not a race car either.
