Those shorts were originally designed for bicycle seats. I wonder how they do on much bigger surfaces. On an endurance ride/race of over 24 hours my underwear would not come off due to caked blood. Had to sit in a warm tub to soak them off. That was in 1976. My BMW K-1600 is just about perfect for crazy long fast rides. My 1984 Hondat V65 Sabre has an aftermarket seat for some comfort.

Thats way too much, the bars are already high. I tried 2 inch rox risers once and took them of the same week. And I am almost 2 meters tall. Get the high aprilia comfort seat, works great for the price.

This is the opposite of my moto camping goals, but there is nothing wrong with that. If you're having fun, then you're doing it right! I think of moto camping as motorized bicycle camping. :-)

I've been a fan of ultralight camping since the mid 1970's and this is not that, but it's very cool. The older I get, the more of a challenge it is to go ultralight camping. My current solution is a lay-flat asymmetrical hammock. It's easier to find two trees in the places I usually camp than a flat spot for a small tent, and it's a pain for my old body to crawl around on the ground to sleep in a tent. This cot tent is a viable option for many moto camping enthusiasts who have larger bikes and don't ride off road. I always love seeing how other people moto camp, and what equipment they choose. Thanks for sharing!
