Ingredients:
300g Oha leaves
100g Uziza leaves
500g assorted meat (beef, cow tripe, shaki, etc.)
2 cups of stockfish head
2 cups of dried catfish
2 cups of palm oil
1 onion (blended)
2-3 Scotch bonnet peppers (blended)
2 tablespoons of ground crayfish
2 cubes of seasoning
4 tablespoons of yam flour
smoked fish (optional)
Salt to taste
