i have multiple 100% winrate kits. on the map with a boat, there exists a buried treasure containing arrows closer to where you spawn than your opponent and in the middle of a circle of lily pads obtainable by mining stone. if you reach the arrow first with an op bow, you win (& +weakness so they can't hit you back) also in the small sky island map, there exists an anvil that you spawn closer to. if you set elytra durability to be just enough to reach the anvil, you can repair a sword and win (& +weakness so they can't hit you back)
