Change out screw in Full Arch to Vortex
Просмотров 575Год назад
Exocad Expert Mode. Shows detailed "how to" video when full arch needs to be changing the screw to the Vortex Library
Does shining offer just the purchase of the intraoral photogammetry system without buying their scanner?
I'm using pic system for photogrammetry when i design in 3shape... is there a library for that? Dess has a dedicated library for the alignment process. If i want to use your screw how do I 3shape to calculate the alignment without using your scan body?
Greetings! i have a question need help I have an imetric iscan L1 scanner I have a computer and exocad do you need a program to scan? can't connect
Hello there. I am learning how to do this and I would like to see if you can do this with some audio for me. I know that you have some audio spots but if you could walk me through it with the whole thing being narrated it would be much more helpful. Also, do you have anything with doing this in Exocad? I see this video is from 2 years ago. Do you still do it this way or have you found an easier method? Thanks, Blake
OMG horror movie..
Help
Dr Danny can I come in for aftercare
Hello, where did you get the library for exocad?
Hello, where did you get the library for exocad?
Good plan for a skinny case
i agree, good service to the patient.
should have use pink gingiva tissue on the lower anterior to hide the implants
smaller diamaeter implant needed
Octalevel Abutements its a good Level with 3mm Healing Distance.
👌👌👌 Perfect Informations🙋♂️
Why upper arch is square,lol?
So doc when I’m explaining that to your lab what I want in regards to a custom zirconia abutment. What is the proper terminology to express the difference of the overall height of the tibase in your custom abutment as opposed to the cuff height of your tibase in your custom abutment?
This is actually a well thought out question. Typically it's best to follow the soft tissue contours. For subcrestal placed implants we look for 3mm zone of soft tissue attachment to polish zirconia and then we select the appropriate height of ti base. This usually results in the ti base far enough away from the crest of bone.
Ahh, understood. So the distance from the gingival margin to the platform of the implant gives you a decent idea of where the tibase should stop and the ultra polished zirc should start. This knowledge also gives you a good idea of how tall the tibases cuff height should be. Would you recommend sending in how far subcrestal the implant was placed and the tissue height? Maybe a BW would serve better?
For anterior cases several of our best dentists will send a PA xray to the lab along with their scan files. This helps Louisiana Dental Implant Lab get the best results on abutment selection for ideal esthetics. @@Judson_Murray
Great video. Learned a ton.
Hey doc, does it matter what surgical guide kit it is under? I place Megagen and cannot figure out how to get it under the Megagen surgical guide kit. Thanks
to use Megagen fully guided kit then change guide hole diameter to 5.15, keep height at 4mm but offset change to 12.5mm
@@dannydominguedds appreciate it
@@dannydominguedds hi Doc, is the measurement fo the r2 gate kit? thank you
Are your geometries available somewhere?
direct download from exocad website
@@dannydominguedds Are they listed under Vortex? If so, I'm not seeing them.
@@dr.digital9721 Look under Louisiana Dental Implant Lab. Here is direct link: exocad.com/integration/dentalcad-library-integration#/all/tag-l
@@dannydominguedds Got it thanks
Are you doing this with megagen’s regular anyridge kit or with the R2 surgical guide kit
yes, always
Thanks for the vid doc💪💪💪👍👍
Is Megagen catalog still available in BSB? I can't seem to find it on my updated version. Thanks
It is in mine. Not sure why not showing in yours. BSB released a new A.I. Version this week. Might want to download that one.
Hi. If i am using the megagen Drill kit. What setting should I use for the guide tube?
Print guide tube at 5.15 settings in BSBPlan when printing at 100microns. Use the MegaGen guide reamer after curing the resin. This will get you to their ideal measure of 5.08mm. The offset for their drills is 12.5mm. Hope this helps.
@@dannydominguedds guide tube height is preset to 4mm. Just leave it at that using megagen kit? Thanks man love your content!

What zirconia disc are you using??
ZirCad Prime by ivoclar
@@dannydominguedds thank you Danny
Software version
Hey Danny, Will this guided stent account for all the sequential drills after the pilot drill?
You have to print more guides in various diameters to account for each drill
Great guidance! But rather if your nasal polyps, vulgaris or sinusitis keep appearance, and also you can't seem to be to discover a solution, you might want to yahoo Devon Rifelone's website for any diverse way of doing items.
PLease tell me what software you are using?Thank you!My email:bjmabenhui0118@gmail.com
