I live a couple of towns over in Hatfield , PA. Have been through Sellersville many times. Sellersville Theater, and Washington House I've visited before.
Been going to Lancaster PA for 20 years on vacation. Love the Theater there and food. A suggestion when you do something like this is maybe give a little background about the town. How many people and the crime

Too expensive to live there. Taxes are very high!! Lived there for 15 years had to move. Real estate taxes double every 5 years.
