Hey I have the same car as you and live up north too. Have you tried driving the Si without using the block heater when it's -35c? If so how long did it took to warm up. It's me cars first winter.

I use fuel to remove all of it, very easy and quick, but to be honest, I have never seen that much tar on a car like yours, I am interested to know what you did to get into that position 😉 laters Steve

Not sure if it’s standard but my Costco has a free air station outside the tire center. It fills with Nitrogen not air so free conversion seems like a no brainer. As mentioned oxygen leaks easier so over time the ratio gets closer and closer to pure. It’s also well maintained and bonus I don’t have to dig out my gauge and unravel my air hose. I’m just a commoner my garage doesn’t have a self retracting hose in it - yet…

I 🤔 think this is more of a feature to MAKE your liquid battery drain out on purpose so you have to buy a new. My sister had a battery same feature, the battery died before the her warranty. 😑 Yes she could have brought it back to get a new. I 🤔 wonder how many people even know about their battery warranty

my whole life ive soent around car batteries and electronics and ive always been under the understanding it wont ever ever ever shock you , due to the million times ive touched it in sketchy situations and ive never felt any kind of a shock, however i just got the piss shocked out of me with a car battery .ITS LIES , THEIR IS A CHANCE IT CAN ELECTRICUTE YOU , I SWEAR . I WAS SWEATY AND I TOUCHED A WIRE WITH MY ELBOW THAT WAS connected to a battery and it shocked the fuck out of me , i dont know why this time it did and it got me so good ,

I did not see any vent instructions or vent kits online. How to create a vent tube to coonect to an old lone or run out of the vehicle? What size and type of fittings are used for a battery with a little hole up top? How to plug the other side? My old AGM batteries had a long tube sticking out the top and 6mm ID tubing,,which is bigger than my 1/4" drip system tubing & connectors, and ditto for my aquarium air lines.

Thank you so much! I didn't even think of getting such a tool. Today, I damaged my drain plug slot part with a flat screwdriver and didn't know what to do. Luckily, your video helped me find a similar tool in an auto parts store, which I would say is better than the one you used. It is called Performance Tool Lock Oil Filter Pliers and costs $13.99 plus tax. Thanks again!

I followed this to the letter on our Fiat 500 1.2 2018, but ran aground on the caliper bolts... They are nothing like the ones you have here. They seem to need a reverse hex socket (if that even exists?) - As mentioned by others, bolt and hex sizes would have been very useful.. - Update: This is the Fiat part number for that bolt - 51794407. Its a star head on it... Why on earth would they put that type of bolt on a caliper.!!..🤔
