What do you recommend if you still lack confidence after years of deliberate practice and effort in an area of your life? How do you overcome imposter syndrome
Great question. I believe that confidence is like any skill or muscle and you need to work on it daily. There are a number of different things you can do, but preparation and deliberate practice are just a piece of the puzzle. The other pillars you need to work on are your self talk, body language, and visualization. If you'd like some techniques that you can work on, reach out to me at jeff@jeffheggie.com.
